Crestmark Bank, a national provider of working capital solutions to small- and mid-sized businesses, has provided the following financing solutions:
• $250,000 to a Pennsylvania-based provider of uniforms to various industries (chef’s, waiter/waitress, casino personnel, etc.)
• $3,500,000 to a company who provides import/export cargo services including packing and crating, rigging and heavy lift services
• $1,000,000 to a Michigan company who delivers logistics services to non-automotive customers located in the 48 states and Canada
Crestmark Bank, through the West Palm Beach, FL office, has provided the following factoring facilities:
• $500,000 to a Georgia based wholesaler of carpet to carpet retailers nationwide
• $850,000 to a designer, importer and distributor of women’s fashion accessories, based in New York, that sells to discount stores and specialty retailers nationwide
• $5,500,000 on three loan participations with a national factoring company. The individual companies are all involved in the apparel industry and packaging industry
• $250,000 to a Tennessee-based wholesaler of men’s and boy’s apparel
Crestmark Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crestmark Bank and located in Baton Rouge, LA has provided the following financing solutions:
• $2,500,000 to a Texas-based company who provides flowback services and well testing primarily for the oilfield industry
• $100,000 to a provider of transportation for oilfield crews who is based in Louisiana
• $1,000,000 to a Texas provider of computer and IT consulting services
• $200,000 to a printing company located in Texas who provides mass printing and promotional items to large merchant companies
Crestmark TPG, the transportation specialty subsidiary of Crestmark Bank, and located in Nashville, TN has provided working capital solutions to the following transportation related companies:
• $100,000 to a start-up trucking company located in Florida who hauls general freight
• $200,000 to an Iowa trucking company who runs 10 trucks hauling general freight throughout the Midwest
• $500,000 to a Michigan-based trucking company hauling general freight throughout the U.S.
