Crestmark Bank Promotes Barry Essig to Vice Chairman
Crestmark Bank, a nationally recognized provider of working capital solutions to small- and mid-sized businesses, has promoted Barry J. Essig to Vice Chairman. Prior to this position, Mr. Essig served as Executive Vice President and Director of the group’s Eastern Division.

Prior to being acquired by Crestmark in 2001, Essig was President and CEO of the factoring/finance subsidiary of Wachovia Bank. Before that time, he held senior level positions with the specialized finance units of Barclays Bank, National Westminster Bank, Bankers Trust Company, as well as The CIT Group.
