- Funds as collected arrangement to a North Carolina furniture importer
- $5,000,000 asset based lending facility to a Florida provider of secured merchant advance

- $1,500,000 accounts receivable purchase to an Oklahoma developer and marketer of natural food products

- $600,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a New Jersey trucking company
