She reports through Christy Morgan, First Vice President, Legal and Administration, as a part of Crestmark’s Baton Rouge office and will help support Crestmark’s expanding California presence. Lessard joins Crestmark with over 20 years of paralegal experience in the areas of corporate, transactional, and intellectual property. Before coming to Crestmark, she worked with Kean Miller LLP, Jones Walker LLP, and Attorney at Law Ben F. Day as a paralegal. She has a B.A. in English Literature from Louisiana State University, is a Notary Public, and has certifications in Paralegal and Legal Secretarial Studies.
