Crestmark Closes 15 Transactions Totaling Nearly $16 Million in the Second Half of September

TROY, Mich., (October 4, 2017) – Crestmark secured a total of $15,807,000 in financial solutions for 15 new clients in the second half of September.

  • On Sept. 15, a $3,900,000 new lease transaction was completed with a waste water treatment company in the northwestern U.S. The financing will be used for capital equipment.
  • A $250,000 traditional factoring facility was provided on Sept. 19 to a shoe wholesaler and distributor in Oregon. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • On Sept. 20, a $250,000 traditional factoring facility was provided to a distributor of women’s accessories in Florida. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • A $932,000 SBA 7(a) term loan facility was provided on Sept. 20 to an independent insurance agency in California. The financing will be used for acquisition purposes.
  • On Sept. 21, a $2,000,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided to a trucking company in Michigan. The financing will be used to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes.
  • A $1,000,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided on Sept. 21 to a trucking company in Maryland. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • On Sept. 22, a $250,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided to a trucking company in Virginia. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • A $1,000,000 traditional factoring facility was provided on Sept. 22 to a women’s apparel wholesaler in New York. The financing will be used to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes.
  • On Sept. 27, a $1,875,000 USDA term loan facility was provided to a solar energy farm in South Carolina. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • A $2,500,000 USDA term loan facility was provided on Sept. 27 to a solar energy farm in South Carolina. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • On Sept. 28, a $100,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided to a trucking company in Ohio. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • A $400,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided on Sept. 29 to a trucking company in Georgia. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • On Sept. 29, a $150,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided to a trucking company in Utah. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • A $1,200,000 term loan facility was provided on Sept. 29 to a wholesale distributor of hydraulic parts in Texas. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • On Sept. 29, an Ontario, Canada-based distributor of men’s apparel entered into a funds-as-collected traditional factoring facility with Crestmark. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
